1. For a Bill, Meter or Complaint
Contact your DISCO helpline 118, or see the helpline and coverage information given on your company page. Contacting your subdivision office or DISCO helpline is the fastest way for a bill correction, a wrong reading, or a connection-related complaint.
For a PITC complaint, PITC's complaint email is ccms@pitc.com.pk. This is PITC's address, not this website's.
2. How Do I Use the Website?
Where is the reference number written, why is a bill not showing as paid, or how do I print it — answers to all these questions are given on the FAQ page. Check the FAQ first; the issue is often resolved there.
3. Contacting the Site Team
The site team's email, for any technical issue with the website or to point out incorrect information, will be added to this page soon. Until then, please use the FAQ page and helpline 118.
4. Reporting a Website Problem
Wapda Bill Check is a small independent site; messages reach the right place faster when the problem is described clearly. This page explains which problems belong to the power company, what to include in a website-error report, and what happens after a report.
Before You Write: Send It to the Right Place
Bill amounts, readings, due dates, disconnections, and new connections belong to your distribution company — call helpline 118 or file through the CCMS portal. The site team cannot change a bill, move a due date, or chase a complaint. Usage questions are usually answered on the FAQ page — check there first. Only problems with the website itself, or wrong information on a page, need a message to the site team.
Reporting a Website Error
Include three things: the page address, exactly what is wrong, and the correct detail, if you know it. For example: "On the MEPCO helpline page, the circle office number does not answer; the directory lists this number instead." If a page fails to load or a button does nothing, add what device and browser you used and what happened step by step. Do not include your reference number, identity card number, or bill details; the site team never needs them to fix a page.
What Happens After You Report
Each report is checked against an official source before any page is changed. If the report is correct, the page is corrected; if the official position is unclear, the page is left as it is rather than changed on a guess. No reply time can be promised, but reports naming the page and the exact error are acted on first. Until the site team's email is published here, use the FAQ page and helpline 118 for anything urgent.
