Important Notice: Wapda Bill Check is an independent digital facilitation platform built to provide Pakistani electricity consumers with quick, accessible bill inquiries, duplicate bill copies, and payment verification directly from public PITC (Power Information Technology Company) portals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wapda Bill Check website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

Wapda Bill Check acts solely as a convenient interface that retrieves public electricity billing information provided by PITC and Pakistani electricity distribution companies (DISCOs), including:

MEPCO (Multan Electric Power Company)
IESCO (Islamabad Electric Supply Company)
FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company)
GEPCO (Gujranwala Electric Power Company)
PESCO (Peshawar Electric Supply Company)
HESCO (Hyderabad Electric Supply Company)
QESCO (Quetta Electric Supply Company)
SEPCO (Sukkur Electric Power Company)

We do not generate, modify, or recalculate electricity tariffs, fuel price adjustments (FPA), taxes, or bill amounts. All billing records reflect official data provided by PITC and the respective DISCO.

3. Bill Payment Status & Verification

Payment indicators (such as "PAID" or "UNPAID") displayed on our portal reflect status markers and official bank settlement feeds provided by PITC and distribution companies. While online payments (via 1Link, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or commercial bank branches) typically update within 24 to 48 banking hours, consumers are advised to keep their official payment transaction receipts or stamped bank counter slips as permanent proof of payment.

4. Duplicate Bill & Original Copy Printing

The original bill printing feature reproduces the official PITC duplicate bill format intended for consumer records, tax deduction verification, or payment at designated bank counters and digital utility payment kiosks. Users are permitted to print or save personal duplicate bill copies without restriction.

5. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using our portal, you agree not to:

Engage in automated scraping or high-volume DDoS attacks that degrade service availability for ordinary Pakistani consumers.
Misuse consumer reference numbers or misrepresent identity for fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to alter or tamper with electronic billing data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wapda Bill Check, its creators, and hosting providers shall not be held liable for any power disconnections, late payment surcharges, or banking delays resulting from temporary portal maintenance, NEPRA tariff adjustments, or third-party bank clearance timeframes.
